There are no costs incurred from our office and your current agency can’t apply penalties unless you agreed to this in your Management Authority, however you will more than likely have to give them 28 days’ notice in writing. If they do impose penalties, talk to us and we may have a resolution.
Once we have your authority, we can notify your current managing agent of the transfer and arrange to collect all the relevant documentation to effectively manage the property on your behalf.
